    If you did not receive your software AUTHROIZATION after purchasing IMR software,

    Please follow these steps:

    Download the demo software from our website:

    Install the program

    Open the program and click any of the “ENCODE” buttons

    This should bring up the following window:

    If you have not purchased select the “Buy Now” button

    If you have purchased but did not RECEIVE your Authorization Code

    “Click” the “ENTER AUTHORIZATION CODE” button

    This should bring up this window:

    Copy down your SOFTWARE ID#

    Email the SOFTWARE ID# to: terry.maedche (at) gmail.com

     

    Your AUTHORIZATION Code  will be emailed to you

     

     

    Purchase orders, invoices, and quotes for  educational institutions or corporate site licensing are available upon request.

      Just a quick question as well. I would like to run the decoder on both my desktop and laptop, not at the same time. Do I need to purchase a license for both machines, or can I use the one license for the program both machines?

      We purchased this software almost two weeks ago and have tried to contact you several times, have been given invalid authorization numbers and still the software is not authorized. We expect to have a resolution by the end of the week otherwise we will file a dispute with Paypal for a refund.

      IMR was the victim of a break in and theft of all our computers. It’s been challenging to keep up. I apologize for the delay, I’ve had to do all the authorizations manually.
