Hi Mort,
Once you instal the program or programs of interest, you need to send me the unique S/w ID number for the particular product and I’ll generate the license keys.
Hi Terry,
I tried to respond to your email regarding request for zoom encoder’s software ID code ( 9AW4XQ2FR4MHP), but both your gmail and yahoo emails bounced my response.
good morning!
i bought your vortex zoom program yesterday. payment was fulfilled via paypal. Transaction ID: 2L746939H2034300J. Quite astonishing, not to receive a key to register the program….! why?????
my pc id is: KW5U4YSJFXTAR.
Here is the software authorization; for your PC: BCDQJF7SY3BXF
Jon,
Congratulations on your upgrade to the Zoom H2n. The 24, and 48 Khz frequencies were not included in V1.0 of the encoder, but I will certainly try to include them in version 2.0 Would you be interested in having MP3 HD as an encoding option in Version 2.0? What type of computer and OS are you using? Did you make recordings in 44.1/16 and did those files from the recording not load? I will have to ask zoom if the H2n records in broadcast wave as did the H2.
Thanks for the report.
If you did change the frequency and the bit rate of the recording using a third party product. You may be suffering from a case of out of specification encoding by the other party. I have had success in loading up many flavors of AIF and WAV files into my test matrix of machines and operating systems.
Have you tried IMR’s Vortex SURROUND Encoder? This product is a the “swiss army knife” of encoders and is liberal to the point of combining dissimilar file types and bit rates!
You can download a free 30 day trial right here on the site.
Thanks,
Terry
